I have bently nevada system 1 server for online vibration monitoring...it is configured as following:
2 phisical hard disks each one is 72 GB
2 logical disks on is about 10 GB for the system components and about 125 GB for the historical data.

Some one told me that my server should have a disk for system and data merroring.
My question is: What is bad is my server configuration?... how should my server be?

I believe mine is set up as a RAID 0 array.

Everything is OK with your configuration, I think you need a managed hosting for your server which can constantly monitor it for optimal use.
