My question is,can the additive or additives settle out if the oil is sitting for a long time?If that is so,which additives settle out?Shaking the bottle you can mix them back? This happens to synthetic oils? Your comments please.

Lube oils blended with additive packages do not settle down for many years if they are stored nnder shelter and not allowing water and other physical and chemical contaminants. Kumar
