Try Hyac lazer particle counters and Hydac water content sensors.

You can use EZ-OilClean products for online test. Please be aware that optical particle counter (OPC) are not very accurate for ON-line test, because the count aditives, and the small airbubles that always are in the oil as dirt.www.globalsupplier.dk

I can personally recomend the PIM400 In-line Fluid Cleanliness Monitor.
We had several within a new Papermill site and the system remained operational and reliable.

High humidity, dust and rough handling did not cause this equipment to fail.

have a word with your local PALL Corp. engineer and get them to brief you on the system.

If you're looking for the latest in moisture analyzers, I suggest you drop by the EESiFlo site (http://www.eesiflo.com) site and have a look at our latest EASZ-1 Water in Oil Monitor. Not only does it employ the latest in temperature compensated electronics, it'll accurately measure water from 30 ppm to 65% !

Please send me information on the easz-1 water in oil monitor. I have had problems with every other type of instrument because of response time and resolution. They all managed to detect some level of saturation but it was too late for us and the compressor shut down from water before we get water alarms. Is there somewhere I can buy these devices in Germany? I need a few next week, we are going to try again

Carl;

Please contact me off-group with your email address (MarkHill@EESiFlo.US) and I'll provide you with technnical literature.

FYI, our last Aerospace client said our EASZ-1 Moisture in Oil sensor is "Very Impressive".

With the excellent service we receive from FedEx, we can send a box full of these tools to you in Germany overnight !
