Most lube companies in India offer the basic oil analysis free to existing customers. However a number of companies in India do offer oil analysis at a cost. The leader possibly is Predict Technologies India, the Indian arm of the US giant. They adopt a technology popularly known as Ferrography.

Ferrography makes Predict different from other oil analysis. Most lube companies in India provide ICP or FITR reports.

Do you think that Ferrography only can satisfy the oil users.It is better in gear box systems and only reveals the Fe content.

So many parameters are there to consider while assessing the condition of the equipments and engines.
