I was intrigued by your inquiry, actually it seem to be an adhesive oil for impregnating air filters. In an internet search I found

Thanks Ricky. You are right, this company you mention in your post is our original product supplier. But the head office of this company is in Europe and from out there they deliver their products to America.

Believe it or not, the process of acquisition of this product is a time consuming for one side and, for the other side, the price is really high. So, our idea is to change to a substitute equivalent or similar oil.
