What are the test and typical values that induce reclaiming process in transformers?

Transformer oil that are in use should have the following properties at any point of time:

Dielectric strength KV min 30 KV
Interfacial tension(D 2285) min 25 dyn/cm
Water max 25 ppm
TAN max 0.18

Other parameters sucha KV, insolubles will increase but the above are critical factors for transformer oils.
