Shanghai RunCare Fluid Monitoring Co., Ltd. was formally registered in Pudong New Area, Shanghai in June , 2000. In China, it is the first professional company on condition monitoring for the running equipments of industrial tribology system . It has the independent artificial person qualification , with the capability of testing justly as the third party. The company engages in the testing on physical and chemical properties of lubricating oil and fuel oil. More importantly, it is apt at the condition monitoring and offering the technical consultation and training service on the machinery’s lubrication and maintenance management.

The laboratory of RunCare is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 "General Requirements for Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" by the China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL). Laboratories that comply with this International Standard also operate in accordance with ISO 9001.

The laboratory is also accredited to Metrology Accreditation Certificate (CMA) by Shanghai government.

The company has been audited by China Classification Society (CCS) and has got the certificate of approval for lubricating oil analysis organization.
