I am seeking for companies that supply for Europe, instruments to perform the following used oil analysis: Atomic Emission Spectroscopy, TAN, TBN, viscosity, FTIR, wear debris analysis, karl Fischer, particle counting.

And also labs that perform those tests and give training.

Anyone who knows any information on any of the above issues I would appreciate.

here is me leaving in Kazakhstan, Central Asia.
I was working with lubricants supplying company for a couple of years and we gave to our customers used oil analysis service based on OSA-II analyzer manufactured by On-Site Analysis Inc. Now I am working with another oil supplying company and we are going to set up the same facility and provide used oil analysis to our clients. Looking at the upgraded OSA-II with dual temperature viscometer and particle counter we see it may be the best choice for us by the moment.
But I would like to compare it with units made by other manufacturers in any part of the world.
Operational and economical features are both critical to us.
We need to get fully automated analyzer giving the report on sample with results of measurement of KV @40C and @100C, water content, oxidation, glycol, fuel, TBN, nitration, soot, silicon, potassium, sodium, wear and additive metals, partticle counting.

Could anybody please advise me on make names etc.?
