We are looking for an integrated circuit which can be used to measure deisel and petrol dielectric constants.
Can anybody advise

Can I ask what you want to measure the dielectric constant for.....I may be able to help......

We have a project coming up where we need to detect contamination of underground fule tanks.
We buuild controllers for diesel gensets and telecom installations and this is one requirement that has come up.

If you are looking for contamination in diesel fuels, why do not use particle counting?
Whatv are you looking for with the dielectric properties?
