We have meganetic particles presence in our rolling mill coolant system.
megnetic separator with certain speed is installed inside the system to cllect those particles.
unfortunately those particles are mixed with some oil ( emulsified one) that make the analysis of %particles not accuarate.

Is there any std procedure that determine % of those particles or just filteration will do the job.
Note: those particles have different particle size so filteration will be difficult becuase I am going to use more than filter paper at each time to take thier weight
