As part of my final year research project i am to design and specify equipment to take lubricant from a test rig to be viewed by a predetermined microscope and image capture.

Any information, links or advice anyone has on the design of viewing cell (shape, depth, fluid mechanics), illumination or any other aspect would be grate fully recieved.

Oil is ISO 68 turbine oil
