my question is what does DOCTOR TEST indicator?how far it is importance in oil analysis? is that ASTM D4952/IP30 is same with ASTM D484?(because i get a product's PDS with ASTM D484 but when i search online there dont have such method.i can only get info about ASTM D4952.

I don't know a lot about the test methods mentioned but I did a little searching to try and help you out.
The reason you wouldn't find any information on ASTM D484 is because it was withdrawn in 1982 and replaced with D235.
If you want to get your hands on the standards just go to www.astm.org and you will be able to buy a copy.
