ASTM is offering a NEW Proficiency Testing Program on In-Service/Used Hydraulic Fluids/Oils Analyses beginning in May,August and November 2007. How well does your lab do compared to others running acid & base number, flash point, particle count, metal/wear contaminant tests on used or in-service H-FO's?
