removed exh manifold found oil in 2 cyl,eng ran hot but auto shutdown,turbo looks bad,no pwr

Most likely things would probably be either the valve guides or rings/cylinders. Turbo bad? Bad how? Are the vanes destroyed from dirt contamination due to a leaking air intake system, bearings or sucking oil due to bad seals? Engine ran hot for how long and at what temperature?

yes ,dirt,etc sucked in,blades shot,wobbles,290 deg on temp. s/n 92u.cant get head loose,thx
