Hi, We are operating number of multistage centrifugal pumps. These pumps are coupled with motor through gear couplings. We are facing typical problem of high axial vibration on drive end. Please suggest what shall be done

Change the coupling from Gear to Diapharm (rubber Coupling) which can take some misalignment.
