Hi All,
Please, who can advise to me where I can find the official requirements for Diesel Oils for railroad diesels by General Motors (GM EMD)?

We have EMD diesels for emergency backup power. They are 645 series turbocharged engines. The recommended oil for these is Heavy Duty SAE 40 low zinc (less than 10 ppm). We use Mobilgard 450NC.

Thanks for your answer.
Some time ago I alight on Web document from GM EMD that contain COMMON requirements for Motor Oils for their Locos. I do not remember exactly but it seems to me there was Drain Intervals, alarm limits and so on. Unfortunately my try to return to this information repeatedly had failure. I hope that somebody meet with this document.

Hey, can some one help me find some limits for a EMD diesel engine i am after metals mostly
i have results for one engine and they seem slighlty elevated
Cr = 54ppm
Sn = 26ppm
is this normal?
