Anyone used this metal treatment in their engine?

Used it before, not anymore. It's a chorinated paraffin.

Every reference to Militec-1 states it does not have chlorinated parafins.

Chlorinated parriffin.

AND

"Specific Gravity (H2O=1)/25°C
1.142"

From there MSDS sheet
both density and Hydo Chlorine = chlorinated parrifin, ester or fat.
