Hi, everybody. I am interested in firsthand experience from someone that have tested this product. It has been sold for a very long time now, so it should be someone out there. I see that it is used a lot in Japan(did a search on Google). Anyone?

I think it is an American product, though I'm not sure.

I have read a bit more about it, and I have found that they have mainly done marketing against the aviation-industry. What is a mystery, is why it has become so big in Japan? I have also heard that many Toyota-dealers in Japan recommend it to their customers.

It is about 98% solvent with the rest being some kind of particles (PTFE?) and an epoxy resin of some sort to stick to the metal. I wouldn't use it if you gave it to me.

The MSDS' and the site has the info, you just have to dig to find it.

Hi, Tempest.
That's OK, but it still doesn't give any answers to why some airplane-people and the Japanese, have found it to be effective, as well as the approval from FAA in 1979.

Does anyone on this board that have any experience with it?
