I heard about a labortory in Newport Beach California which makes a fluid for General Motors. I am trying to find out if it is true. Apparently they make a fluid which helps make oil biodegradable and when it is used for cutting metal, the metal won't overheat. The product is made from completely non-toxic materials and it has been around for well over 20 years. Has anyone heard of these products, if it is true? How can I find out? Thank you.

Try calling other oil businesses in the area, like Torco or PurePower. Do a little leg work on the Internet. I'm sure that someone knows someone that knows. Around Hunnington Beach there are a lot of speciality companies.
