Good day,
Hope you could help me with this Recently a partner showed me a radar diagram that showed advantages of the latest API designations for diesel engines against the former API's (CF4, CH4). This was a great information. For example there I could see that API CI-4 against CH4 have advantages related to camshaft wear, soot handling, corrosion but it didn't show an enhance in oil consumption nor piston deposits. Unfortunately he didnt have for gasoline API. Where can i get similar information (table, diagram, literature) for gasoline engines emphasizing the advantages, benefits of the latest SJ, SL, SM against the former ones. ?? I know that each designation have several tests but it'll be better if the information didnt have technicisms so the end user can REALLY understand the benefits of using a lubricant with the latest technology Greetings |
