While pouring some synthetic fresh oil in my car I noticed that there was some white liquid,faintly seen, present in the oil settled on the bottom of the can.
What is it?
Could it be moisture accumulation?

yes.

try placing a couple of droplets on a hot plate and look for bubbles.

Will it dissapear when engine gets hot?

I am going to guess that some of the additives settled out. I have heard that can happen if it sits undisturbed for a long time. Good idea to shake the bottle before opening it. Call the oil company and ask them what it is.

Also you can put a drop in a spoon and hold a match or lighter under it. It will smoke in a few seconds. If it crackles, that is a sign of water. But again, I think it is settled additives.

No, it can not be misture accumulation that can give white color as you stated. Moisture means, oil becomes hazy, then free water starts sttling down which is colorless.
I know that synthetic oil formulation contains PAO or Hydrocracked base oils ( Group III / II ) and DI packages (Additive). In order to have better seal compatibilty around 5 - 8 % synthetic esters are added in the formulation. My doubt is about the ester and its compatibilty with other ingerdients in the formulation. Please check with oil supplier and seek answers to your doubts.

I have heat up some oil and did get babbles.
Also I noticed that the oil colour is dull compared to other oils I have.
Shaking the can seems to dissolve the white stuff.
So to be on the safe side i drained the oil and replace it with another brand.
So now I can sleep peacefully.
