Just looking for opinion's is higher viscosity better? I know it will make the temp.of oil rise.

I'm not sure if i understand well what you want...
The viscosity's choice depends on: bearing's size, speed, charge, working temperature, etc. You add a Kappa factor (2-4x) for security. That's it.
If the viscosity is to high, the balls or rolls will slip instead of rolling, the temperature will increase and finaly the bearing will break.
A good lubricant in the good application will keep a bearing "cold"
