Is there an available chart that anyone knows showing everything from Mineral, Ester, Polyglycol, SHC, Silicone and Perflourinated base oils with their upper and lower temperature limits?

Try you local Kluber Lubricant or maybe the manufacturer of Summit oils, they are generally pretty helpful.

The upper/lowest limits is depended on what kind of the applied equipment and their work condition.

Excellent section on this with charts in "Synthetic Lubricants and High-Performance Functional Fluids" edited by Leslie Rudnick, page 427-430, 1999.

You can see the table of contents here. Amazon.com has it as well. I found the book in the engineering library at the university. Excellent source of info.
