hello,
how can I get the additive composition of different lubricants.The permitted limits of metals and additives.

Hi Afsal

Run all your new oils through the ICP Spectrometer as this will give the chemical "Finger Print" of all you new oils, don't forget the ICP Spectrometer can only sense particles < 7 µm, (Approx),
This will give enough info on the new oil make up for the other areas you are after to be guess/estimated,

eg if the wear metals are trending up and the additives are trending down simultaneously with PQ and particle count adjusting then the lubricant would be checked visually by WDA
