Hoy many lb of presion will the grease come out from the neumatic greaser pistol, if this is conected through an air tube with 100 - 150 psi.

Most likely over 1000 psi

enough to blow seals out and inject into your self if careless,
You can calculate by piston diameter X airpressure

Most pneumatic grease guns are around 50:1 ratio therefore if you put in 100psi they will produce approx 5,000psi.
