What do you mean exactly by Scheduling Software, do you just want to set up schedules on which you then do you sampling.

Or you want a software that will do both the scheduling and allow you to enter the results of your sampling, assuming here you that your old software did this.

Its a little hard to help if you dont give enough details on what you are trying to do, as there are lots of software available to do any type of scheduling.
