Please advise for Synthetic heat transfer oil to operate at 400 degree c and minimum vapor pressure. (not above 10 ATM)

I think monsanto used to have a line of ultra high temp heat transfer oils aswell as Dow.

Dowtherm A or Syltherm 800; but you are at the top of their ranges.
