I would like to gather some general information and benefits about Li-Ca greases.

Hello Eva,

Since it's a grease that is thickened with a combination of Li soap and Cal soap, generally you get the desired high temperature property as well as the water resistance property from both this soap. As such, it's performance would be much better as compared to either a pure Li thickened or Cal thickened grease.

However with this combination, the price for the grease would also be much higher as compared to the single soap grease. Depending on your application, a Li/Cal grease could be an option if you want a better grease instead of Li or Ca type but do not want to pay the price for a calcium sulfonate based grease.
