Hi to all,
as wlile selecting a grease load carrying capacity of grease is a imp. factor.can some one tell me how to determine load on a running
bearing .suppose a grease has weld load capacity
280 kg. but how i can know that what is load on a running on bearing and suggest the same for gear sset as well for selection of gear fluid
containing e.p. additives or r&o or compounded.
alls reply keenly awaited.

For gears and bearing the system is different and therefore you have a weld load and the other as FZG for the gears
Its alaways a compartive and not absloute
