Dear all
Please let me know how to measure life of grease? Is there any mathamatical calculation? or any fixed formulas? How to measure relubrication frequency when it's not recommanded by OEM?? |

There most likely is but we have found the most efficient is the visually check the exhausted new grease by WDA and reduce the amount being applied until the grease begins to burn lightly but not commence adhesive wear and set the regrease at that amount and monitor the same way, by doing this bearing life extends many times.
