Does anyone know of a manufacturer which makes an adapter that connects a 1/8 nptf male tube adapter to a standard zerk type grease fitting.?

Standard grease zerks are available in 1/8" npt male ends from most manufacturers. If you need to adapt to a male end on the tube then just use a pipe coupling. You can find a wide variety of Zerk fitting in the W.W. Grainger and McMaster-Carr catalogs. If you still have trouble finding what you need try the manufacturers Lincoln and Alemite they both make grease fittings.

I am looking for a miniature grease fitting, smaller than normal 1/4-28 zerks. Could have any sort of special connection, as I can dedicate a special grease gun or tool.

Is anyone aware of some thing used in miniature devices, restricted spaces, etc?
I don't have much space for the threads, and not much space around it to put on the mating grease gun end.

There are drive in fittings that will fit into a 1/8 drilled hole maybe even smaller. If you are really cramped for space use a pin fitting on your grease gun and leave the grease hole open with no zerk. Leave a little extra grease over the hole to keep contaminants out.
