Anyone know the specs on this grease or where I can find them? Who makes it?

Can't say I could find any published data online. Not sure who even makes it. Personally I have not steped foot on a Chinamart parking lot in over 3 years. Guess I'm just to American.
What do you want to lubricate? What kind of grease are you looking for? Any special requirements for the grease? |

I'd love to buy American too, but I tried K-mart and Target and there stuff is from china and cost more. So what do us American guys do? Anyhow I'm trying to find a good grease for a pillow block bearing that is purgable and runs at 200 degrees at 2500rpm in dirty conditions..I'm thinking that moly will add extra load..So maybe not a thick stringy grease..Something smooth with a high timken load, high dropping point and good four ball weld

Ok, we are getting there.
Next string of questions. What type of equipment are you lubricating? What NGLI # are you looking for? Does it have a centeral lubricantion system or is it hand lubricated? Here's some grease recomendations that would work depending on your application. Texas Refinery Corp. . Check out their Lithplex grease, has a 100 lb Timken OK and 500 degree F dropping point, this would probably be suitable depending on your exact application. Paragon 3000 (100 lb Timken OK, 630 degree F dropping point, ASTM D2266 4 Ball test 315kg weld point and .33mm scar diameter, 0.00% ASTM D1742 oil separation and excellent stability by penetration (ASTM D217-52T) of 282 at 60 strokes to 274 at 100,000 strokes (meaning it is a very stable grease). The Paragon 3000 grease is a real problem so**er. If you have a central lubrication system you might want to check out their Millennium 2200. |

You get what you pay for.
Have you tried Lucas X-TRA HD Grease. Timken OK Load of 60 lb, Oil separation loss 5.0%, Dropping point of 500 degrees F, 4 ball weld point of 400. It is a smooth textured grease that is not stringy. Not as high a spec grease but should suit your needs and be available locally at a lower price. Another one you might be able to find locally is Citgo OverDrive HD Grease. Timken OK load of 65 lb, 4 ball wear scar of .4 and weld 500 kgf, Dropping point of 430 degrees F. It is a smooth textured grease that is stringy. |

Micbial, can you tell me if grade 3 will pump through a grease gun?

As long as you stay above a temp of 15 deg. C. you shouldn't have a problem. Much colder than that and it will be difficult to get out of a hand held grease gun.
