I would be pleased if I know about an air compressor oil with calcium in oil analysis and good water separation characteristic (D-1401) .This oil have a total base number about 3.0 mg KOH /g.

What kind of oil are you looking for? Conventional or synthetic? What type of compressor, reciprocating, screw, flooded vane? Wouldn't you be more concerned about TAN than with TBN for a compressor oil?
