Dear Friends,
please let me know what is the basic difference between Aluminum stearate grease and Lithium complex grease,performance wise out of them which is beeter. Out of these two grease which one is more suited for off shore drilling application and why? Regards, Shailesh |

Calcium overbased grease would give better rust protection than either a LI or a AL grease and is heavier that water so submerged use it would stay on better.

I do not MFG this I would contact Chevron/Texaco Jody Cruze in customer/distributor servce he can get you in touch with the grease product manger or lube tec that will be helpful also Metalcote company they are both good source of info.
