Specs of OM-13 oil

Question:
What are specs of OM-13 oil, used in Military.

Choices:
It is Hydraulic Oil ISO 15
Meeting DIN 51524-2: HLP specs

Neither, unlikely to meet Din spec, full antiwear properties and at 12cSt min at 40C not necessarily ISO Vg 15

Not sure DIN51524 part2 is achievable with ~ISO VG 15 oils.
Non zinc additives(Sulphur phos)) achieve this spec in higher viscosities, I am familiar with the Tellus S range,ISO 32 through to 68.
