if I put differned hydraulic oil, example, 44 W and I put 66 w is possible that my pump has a overpressure and my mechanical seald blow out?

Its not likely that the change in viscosity caused the over pressure. It sounds like it could be a relief valve problem. Perhaps the relief valve integral to the pump is locked up. This could cause a catastrophic overpressure.
