ISO Viscocity Equivalent - What is the ISO Viscocity Grade of an SAE 85W-140 gear oil?

80w140 viscosity at 40 usualy stands at 220cst (wich is the ISO grade)
But be carefull, the viscosity index may be different between these two oils.

Lauri: ISO viscosity grading does not apply to multi-grade oils. It is only applicable for a single-grade oils.

You have to get this right, be careful with mis information on viscosity

ISO 220 = SAE 90 Gear Oil or SAE 50 Engine Oil all the same

ISO 320 is equivalent to SAE 85W140

ISO 460 is equivalent to SAE 140

ISO 680-1000 is equivalent to SAE 250
