I am looking for the best lubrication to be used in a thermal actuator where a rubber *Viton, or Nitrol plug will be placed inside a cylindrical 360 Half Hard Brass "guide" with a stainless steel piston placed ontop of the plug.

As the moving force of the thermal actuator pushes the plug, the plug will push the piston, its quite simple.

We are lubricating currently with a standard grease mixed with graphite.

Can anyone suggest a good lubrication vendor who may be able to point me in the direction of a superior lube than what we are using now?

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks
