Hello, I'm new to the list.
I'm looking for an analysis company for the synthetic oils (diester and triester; Ultrachem and Mobil Rarus) we're using in high pressure breathing air type reciprocating compressors. I'm looking for a company who is already knowledgeable and can make comments or suggestions on compressor condition based on analysis quantities, without having to develop a (long term) data base of using our compressor data. We are running these compressors very hard right from the start and do not know what warning limits should be. Thanks for any contact info, especially if in the Texas area.

ExxonMobil has an excellent lab that can handle all your oil analysis needs. The lab is in Kansas City and the program is called SIGNUM oil analysis. They will have all the limits and equipment recommendations for your application. Please give me a call and I can get you in contact with the right people. We have used SIGNUM for years and love the analysis and value the recommendations we get from ExxonMobil. Plus, since you are using ExxonMobil lubes, they know the oil limits the best and have tons on data on almost every make and model of compressor out there. 952-412-4875
