Hello,
I work for Argo-Hytos - we sell our Compact Oil Purification System (COPS), which we believe to be the most compact and one of the lightest, most portable units on the market. We believe that we are competitive on price, and that our performance at least as good as our competition, if not better.
If you would like more information, please let me know where you are geographically, and I will arrange for our local subsidiary/dealer to contact you. You can download the COPS datasheet at: www.argo-hytos.com, then click "products" then "Fluid Management" then "Dewatering Systems" then choose COPS 010 and download. ALternatively, please email me at m.harle@argo-hytos.com and I will send it to you by return.
With kind regards,
Matt Harle

I work for Hy-Pro Filtration so am biased but we produce vacuum dehydrators up to 60 gpm for large steam turbine reservoirs. Maintain water below saturation even with constant water ingress. Foaming and demulsibility issues are popping up as group I and group II base stock oils are being blended and in some cases this is disarming some coalesce technologies that have worked in the past.

As Aaron pointed out, demulsibility issues (like you've had in the past) will impact the performance of coalescing technologies. Technologies such as vacuum dehydrating and membrane separation (UltiDri) are effective at removing water regardless of water sep characteristics. The advantage of UltiDri is that there are no moving parts or consumables, meaning the cost of ownership is lower. Please feel free to touch base with me if you'd like additional information on this technology.
