I am sizing a vapor extractor for our aux turbine oil reservoir. Is there a rule of thumb of how much air needs to be removed out of the system to remove moister in the oil.

More than volume, which is related to the speed to dry the oil, is the air quality: Clean & Dry!! Warm air will carry out more moisture than cool air. This variable can compensate the volume of air.
Take special care with the reservoir pressure!!
