I have used the Pall WS04. I think they all have the same probe-technology.

Do you feel that they are worth the money, or would a hot plate to perform a crackle test be as accurate?

I feel it is a good on-site moisture indicator, but its accuracy does not come near to KF. But if you need to monitor for accute water ingress it might come in handy. How expensive is the Internormen unit?

There is an additional benefit, this humidity sensors gives you % of water sayuration at a certain temperature. The higher the temperature more water in oil before saturation.
Humidity sensors and hot plate test can not be compared.
If you are concern about water ingresion in your systems, this sensors are very valuable. You are going to be able of monitor water ingresion before it becomes free water and more damaging.

Thanks for the input. Sounds like it would be a good investment.

I have used inline sensors made by eesiflo. They call them the easz-1. These sensors can work on any oil synthetic or mineral , with or
without additives. I was impressed by the
resolution of 35ppm and the ability to work
well below and well above the saturation point
of the oil
