That would make sense, claiming that right now, they meet/exceed it. It isn't like the new certs sprang up overnight.

Come 10/2010, they'll only have to change the label. And since it will be backwards compatible...

Good certified oil, good filter, following mfg OCIs. If it's worked up to now, why change it?
