Unfortunately, you'll have to contact your supplier service engineer, if possible, they can assist you online via AnyDesk or TeamViewer App by starting the spectrometer from the service software inside the PerkinElmer folder in program files. This is how we were able to resolve our problem. The service software require password which your supplier service team should have. Thanks.
