ENGINE OIL CLEANLINESS

In my efforts to get clean virgin engine oil ISO Code 18/16/13 at 4,6,14microns respectively.I never get these values from the oil supplied by our supplier. Is it necessary for an engine oil achieving these levels of cleanliness? Is there really engine oil reaching these levels? What is the effect of over filtering an engine oil?
