I had a slightly different experience. While I agree the cleaning was top-notch, I found their pricing a bit on the higher side compared to other services I looked into. However, you do get what you pay for; my rugs were returned in excellent condition. They have a wide range of services though, from stain removal to color restoration, which is quite comprehensive.
