I know this is an old thread, but this sounds more like your problem is with a leaky head gasket, not not 'oil-gelling.'

In your second post it sounds like your engine overheated (perhaps related to the headgasket? hard to say). Is this the first time the engine overheated? How was your cooling system maintained prior?
