Vibration or overtorquing of bolts may be the cause do you have any pictures of the failed components?
I dont think a h.p. hose blockage caused this failure if so then heat affected areas should be visibly seen.
I cant make any real comment of substance without pics of the component and perhaps its environment and schematic
