Random Vibration?

Recently had one of our tail pulleys changed out on site. The tail pulley on this conveyor also has a GTU take up trolley attached. This is a ground level pulley on an iron ore mine. Since the new pulley has been in (a couple of weeks) there has been a raised floor vibration evident. Spectra attached. Excuse my naive-ness but can someone please advise the possible cause of this. Thank you
