recent oil sample

I recently purchased 3406 B truck engine and immidiately took oil sample. Recently received results of CRITICAL . 799ppm copper- 45 ppm iron- 48 ppm silicon- 1809 ppm sodium -2910 ppm calcium - 1647 ppm phosphorous 209 ppm potassium. I do not know time elapse of previous oil change and have little mainenance history. considering bearing roll but would like any possible advice on what route to take and origin of these high contminated levels. thank you
